Im wanting to get a new phone i have a rooted andriod backflip love it just internal memory sucks ?

Im wanting to get a new phone I have a rooted backflip I love it besides the internal memory sucks well im thinking of either the moto bravo,samsung galaxy 16 gb internal memory or the iphone 4 or 3gs and put andriod 2.1 and root the iphone with andriod just apples os I don't care for so locked up bluetooth locked up so just wondering out of the 3 what everyone thought and if the iphone 4 or 3gs can be jailbroke to take andriod 2.1 or 2.2
