Would you spank your daughters bare bottom if you caught her with cigerettes?

Ok. For the fourth time this month i caught my daughter with cigerrettes. Now I know she is starting to grow in certain places but I am not concerned with that. I made her write sentences do chores watch anti smoking commercials. I told her that if it were to happen again she would get a spanking. Now because of the severety of the offense should she be spanked bare bottom? Im not looking for a yes or no. Thats my decision. III am merely looking for suggestions or agreement to my spanking her bare bottom. Thanks for helping.
