My hamster Has a scabbed and sore/bloody looking bottom and it seems like she cries when she poops.?

It's probably wet tails or something like that your hamster could die from that so I would go to the pet store and ask about medication for it or just go to the pet store with your hamster and have them look at it, yes I know this does sound odd, but I went to the pet store for help and well the next morning it died.
