When will my peach fuzz turn into a full beard?

Im 14 and i have tons of peach fuzz everywhere its so long and feels a little thick (not a lot) i was wondering when my beard will grow. I have a lot of hair on my legs and on my stomach and chest area. i got some whiskers on my chin, upper lip, and around my adams apple. Im russian and my dads really hairy. Also my pubes started growing when i was 9 years old if this helps
