Can I return something to Wal_mart that came from the Apple store.?

I purchased a cable from the Apple store then realized that I did not need it. Problem is the Apple store is very far. Can I return it to Wal-Mart and get store credit if I purchased it from the Apple store. Wal-Mart sells the exact same cable. I've seen it there.
