Should i buy a Nintendo 3DS with a few games or a Apple iPad 32gb?

i only have enough for one and im not to bothered about the 3DS but the 3D function does interest me, however the iPad will be refurbished so il be saving like �200 on it, and that will be used for things such as gaming and watching movies, i dont own any sort of ipod and i dont own a ds or a psp
