My chihuahuas heat was 4 months late and last month she was in heat but now shes bleeding again, what is wrong?

Ur Chihuahua is ok!she does not have to come in heat in those months.even tho im young,i know about it.do not worry!its fine.just breed her.she will have puppies and if she don't in 4 weeks after u breed her,then she needs a see section.please,listen to me!THX!
