Im 15 years old and trying to lose weight. I thought of an idea to only drink fluids such as chocolate milk, 100% juices, gatorade and water. When I find myself super hungry i could possibly eat an apple or a yogurt. Also, im a competitive dancer and iv been going to the gym everyday from 8pm-10 or 1030pm. Im not planning to STARVE myself but to basically hardly eat and fill up on liquid. Is this a bad idea, if so please include suggestions!
