I need some steps to convert this trig identity problem?

I am assuming you are just simplifying these. What my teacher told me is that you get everything into sin and cos, and see what cancels, and also you are doing the fractions wierd you realize that dividing by a fraction is the same a multiplying by the recipricol. Other than that i have a hard time understanding what you are asking. But it is kind of ironic we just finished that in my precal/trig class.
