Healthy.ness is the key to happi.ness =D?

so about two weeks ago i started working out and eating healthy. i walk on the tredmill for 45 mins. and each time that equals to : 2.33 miles or something.. , cal: 324 or something, and TFAT: 101 .. and for breakfast[6:15am] i eat an apple or banna or sometime a little bit of oatmeal i switch it up. lunch today was some [1:00pm]grapes and 4 crackers.. [5:00]then a michelle meal thats low fat with 5 grams of fat ..[ 8 or 9 pm]and then later on a bowl of frosted flakes.. and then i do it all over again lol.. is thiis healthy the first week i lost about 10 pounds but now ive stayed the same wait.. you can really tell the difference in my body and face but the number on the scale stays the same.. is this healthy? and tips or advice? thanks in advance [=
