Can your body temperature rise when you're nervous?

I went to the doctor today and my temperature was 100.1. I just went to have my blood drawn because the doctor has been nagging me about it because I never have. I'm not sick. When I came home I checked my temperature and it was 98.0. Could being nervous cause it to rise? I also was wearing a jacket and someone said that could effect it to. Thanks for any answers you give. I will choose a best answer :)
