What can I do to fix my Apple iPod Touch?

me and my cousin were playing a game and the screen just popped up and... well do you know how if you want to see something closer and you have spread your fingers? well that's how my screen is now. i cant let it zoom out, but this happened before and i dont remember how i did it. do you know how i can zoom out?
