I would like to know the EXACT cost to repair my iPod touch?

I cracked my screen in October 2009--its out of warranty and the warranty wouldn't cover it anyways--and its recently just started to bug me. Its just the outer part of the screen (not the LCD, just the glass), but Apple is going to be cheap and make me pay $30 just to find out how much it'll cost to repair it. I would like to know the EXACT cost to replace the screen (not including tax or anything) and if you also happen to know the cost to fix the earphone jack, too, that would be very helpful.
