Is this good or bad to?

taking a shower daily ?. i shower everyday. I started 2 weeks ago well not exact everyday every 3 days i would take shower than one day ill stop than another 3 than not take a shower for a day. Its good for heiygne coz i sweat under armits when i wear my jacket. But is it bad in any way thanks.answer my other question to please. If its healthy how andif not y?
