How can i get curves?

im 13 years old i am really skinny im 100 lbs nd 5 foot 1...everybody says they wish they had my body cuz it looks good in skinnys nd tshirts....but today my friend asked me to face her and said oh you dont have curves...that made me really self concious...bottom line does anybody know how to get curves
