How can I get my thin face to be more round and wider and fatter?

I think cosmetic facial fillers or fat fillers might help, In pictures especially my face appears very thin and I want a fatter and round looking face, ive seen people who have gotten facial fillers and it sometimes just made the apple of their cheeks stick out more.. is there any cosmetic procedure that can make the whole face appear more fuller and wider??? If so what do they do exactly. Im a girl, and Im 17 years old.
