If My Ipod WonT Turn On And Apple Can't Fix Do I Get A New One?

cuz my ipod touch 4g is not working and 2 minutes ago i saw that it had alot of charge and 2 minutes later i wasnt turning on so i pluged it into my computer and nothing came up :( please help :P
